Lucky #3

Friday night I went to see the movie 300, for the 3rd time and it was playing in theater #3. Looks like numbers were in my favor . . . I should have played the lotto that night. Oh well....

VANESSA!!! You've been de-blogger-virgined!!

Yay!! *claps hands wildy, throws in a whistle*

Once I'm not-so-much-busy anymore, I'll be your comment whore :-)

Cindy and I will actually probably tie that one.

welcome to blogging ....

NOW CINDY, go make James one!

Jordan, thanks for vowing to be my comment whore. I feel special!

Hell, I had James in my living room with 2 laptops in front of him, one of which was in the process of creating an account on blogger, and James STILL refused. I think begging and reasoning isn't going to work with him. I'll have to find some other means of persuasion. Like bribery of some sort.

OR...*evil grin* I can threaten to post a photo of him when he was 15, which makes him look like a dorky computer geek in a Member's Only jacket.

I say we create one for him and he will have to take over for damage control purposes!!!!

Lol... even THAT picture shows up as blocked for me as sexually explicit!!! I hope I didnt accidentally scan in the wrong picture and sent you porno instead ha. Actually I think for some reason our network at work doesn't like the photos posted at blogger. I bet there ARE a lot of sexually explicit photos hosted here and thats why it just blocks all of them.

And Cindy -- that photo is evil. I can't believe you let Vanessa see that, how embarassing! :)

Oh well. At least it makes me look better now in comparison at least??? Hey does that work as well as taking a picture with someone who isn't as good looking? But instead you stand next to yourself?? hah!

Oops that anonymous post was me!

You scanned the right one, James. Thanks for doing that! It was fun times. I can't wait until that movie comes out on DVD. I am sooo going to get it!

Dude, what if Cindy photoshops that pix in all our group photos??? I'd start a blog if I were you!

OOH!! What a GREAT idea, Kat! I'm gonna lop the head off that photo and photoshop it into a bunch of photos and post it on my blog, like I did with Jordan's head! MUAHAHAHAHA!! *rubbing hands together*

Do you think James just has that interesting of a life we'd all feel bad if he blogged about it? Or does he have deep dark secrets that cannot possible be revealed to the blogger world? Hmmm....

Vanessa--we liked 300 too!! I don't remember what theater number we were in though!!

Cindy - Hmmmmm, I think I like the bribery better than the picture option!

Kat- Yep it was good times. The movie was so good! Also, for some reason I started thinking about that lemon soup again today :D. Yum!

And you shouldn't encourage Cindy like that to do evil things to me! She's already a good trouble maker all on her own.

James - those are not "options!" Take Kat's advice...you better start a blog.

I vote that we make a blog for James.. we don't have to ask him. Like Vanessa said, he'll take it over for damage control purposes!

Ok fine. So IF I had a blog I would blog this:

"Snakes, or Cindy Does it Again."

Cindy has this power wherein whenever something is discussed, it comes true shortly after. I think this power may be rubbing off on us.

Today while I was discussing with my co-worker some items to be worked on, another came by and pointed at me. He said "You, must be special!".

At this point I was confused. Then I said, "How?"

He said, "I saw a snake yesterday!"

Now I was more confused. "What does that have to do with me?"

And then he said, "Whenever it's someone important's Birthday I see a snake! And yesterday I saw a baby diamondback in my backyard! So you must be important! "

And then my other coworker piped in, "hey!! I dreamt about a snake last night too!!! It must be true!"

So thats two people that had a snakey experience last night... And then I realized Vanessa was talking about snakes friday night while we were at 300, which must have been the trigger!

So that makes... 3 snakey discussions. And look at that my snake story ties in with this post! :). It's a week of 3s.

Tada!

when I was watching 300, we were there early so I was reading those trivia questions that play on the screen. One of them was, "What actor said THIS? 'Snakes! Why does it have to be snakes?'" I thought it was from "Snakes on a Plane" or maybe Ice Cube in "Anaconda", but turned out it was Harrison Ford in "Indiana Jones."

ALSO, when you two were at my house setting up this blog, yes, this very blog that we're all reading right now, the movie "Craft" was on and in once scene, the evil witch was trying to kill one of her friends by making her worst fear realized, i.e. snakes all over her house. As I watched that scene, I considered bringing up that snakes are one of my phobias, too, but decided against it.

ALSO, you just had a birthday? Why didn't we know? See, this is why you should have a blog!! (How's this for a segue and tying all the points back together?)

Ano the Blogger said...

Yea I did, yesterday! And yea so I didn't have a blog to post about it so i didn't :).

And wow even more snakes on thursday too!!! Weird.

Lol, nice segue! Boy we sure are good at attaching seemingly off-topic subjects with a post huh? lol.

Flat Coke - You are among the few chicks that actually like it. I was on the seat of my chair the first time around and by the third I was repeating the words along at certain points.

Cindy - Do it! Do it! Do it! I TRIPLE DOG DARE YOU! (Sorry, James!)

James - When I was practicing on Saturday there was a little, yellow and orange, plastic snake on the ground. So whose b-day is it? Was it yours?? We need to PARTY!

Ano the Blogger said...

Wow you too Vanessa??? :D.

Yea it was mine. I'm always up for a party!!! Anytime lets go! :)

Jane Doe said...

When was your B-day??? And why didn't we know about this???

Ano the Blogger said...

My birthday was yesterday! :) I guess I never got around to mentioning it to you all

Jane Doe said...

Really??? Aww.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JAMES! I'd sing, but you wouldn't want to hear that. Trust me on that!!!

Ano the Blogger said...

Awweee, thanks Vanessa! And you know what, I would love to hear the singing :D.

I tell you I am very forgiving with people singing because I hope others are as forgiving with mine too :).

I was telling Cindy the next time I see her I need to show her some of the songs I had written. And I'm not that good of a singer so I would hope she's as forgiving about singing as I would be lol.

It's the thought and effort that counts! :D.
