The future me!
I saw this in a magazine a few years ago and whenever I need to remind myself what I want to look like, I pull it out. She rocks and is great motivation! I am going to print tons of these and post them all over.

You want to look like a skinny Target model? I think some curves are good on a woman. My friend Sandy had once said that men don't want to date a bag of bones with hair. They want someone soft they can hug. I'm supporting you in getting your tone back, but please don't go overboard with the skinny! The woman in that photo needs to eat. Her arms are sooo skinny. (Maybe it's just the work monitor.)
SPEAKING of koinkidinks, I hadn't heard from my friend Sandy in like a year and she CALLS me this morning at work RIGHT after I commented here and mentioned her!

You know what Cindy, after the second look actually I think she DOES look too skinny.
And I agree, a girl that's soft when you hug them is a nice thing to have!
Don't worry... I am not going to become pencil thin! Not even sure if that is possible with my frame.
I guess you have to see the print in real life. She looks super athletic and not so skinny!
